Managed a team of three designers throughout the entirety of the product; from landing pages, onboarding and questionnaires, to the various life cycles of the account and across multiple tools. Worked closely with engineers to build, document and implement a design system site wide while iterating on the brand’s identity.

Account consisted of multiple variables including purchase or refinance, presence of an Advisor, user stage within company journey, user stage within personal journey. Conducted a design sprint with multiple stakeholders across the company to ideate, prototype, test and develop the following iteration of the account:
Redesigned and systemized the onboarding experience consisting of an extensive questionnaire with multiple paths based on user selection. Mapped the entire experience in Airtable and Lucidchart.
Partnered closely with developers to establish a design system. Built in Figma with multiple variables and prototyping animations, documented in Zeroheight with usage rules, anatomy, states and interactions, developed in Storybook.
